I chose to design an immersive performance of Die Fledermaus and create a costume for the character Rosalinde for my final year of University. I also created an operatic film to develop my videography skills. I wanted to create a very fun, cotton candy world for the masquerade scene to differ from the costumes in the other acts. I either created from scratch or transformed every element of this costume except the bustle. I really enjoyed the creativity and ownership in this project.
